✓ You must be 18 years or older to use our Service or book any tour/safari rides.

✓ You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of the Court of India.

✓ You are responsible for all activity and content you provide to us during booking or communication.

✓ You must not insert any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature intentionally.

✓ A breach or violation of any of the Account Terms as determined in our sole discretion will result in an immediate termination of your services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before you register or book with us.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantee, express, implied or statutory.

🌿 Our safari rides are privately based and we are not related to the government in any manner. Devbhumi Tour & Travels operates with independent tour expertise.

You understand that your Content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

There are different payment term options available, and depending on the payment term decided you have to pay on that basis. Flexible plans may be discussed at the time of booking.

All fees are exclusive of all state and central taxes, service tax, GST, other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future (“Taxes”). Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

Payments can be made via online transfers, UPI, cards or as per the invoice instructions. Any delay in payments may result in cancellation of confirmed bookings.

Prices for using our services are subjected to change as per our rules and regulations. Such changes would be visible on our official website or communicated prior to bookings.

Devbhumi Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify as well as terminate the services, temporarily or permanently, with reasonable notice where possible.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Our safari rides are operated by professional local guides and drivers. All rides follow safety protocols but participants must follow the instructions during jungle or mountain tours. Devbhumi Tour & Travels acts as a private tour facilitator — we are not affiliated with any government tourism department.

For any disputes or claims, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By using our services you agree to indemnify us against any liabilities arising from your negligence or violation of laws.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all our customers to cover unexpected delays, medical emergencies or tour interruptions.
